THE STAFF WERE GREAT. VERY HELPFUL AND HAD A GREAT MANNER TO WELCOME US. IN PARTICULAR, WE WOLD LIKE TO SPECIFICALLY SINGLE OUT TRANG, KIET, AND THE CATERING MANAGER. I CANNOT SPEAK MORE HIGHLY OF THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM THESE INDIVIDUALS AND THE REST OF YOUR STAFF. I AM A FREQUENT TRAVELLER FOR BUSINESS AND USE THE IHG HOTELS AND I HAVE NEVER USED YOUR HOTEL CHAIN BEFORE. IN THE FUTURE I WILL BE CERTAINLY CHANGING MY PREFENCE.

My room and view was perfect! I asked for a ocean view and a quiet room, and that's exactly what I received. The bed was comfortable which was very important for my physical health.

This is a very comfortable hotel with excellent facilities and in a great location by the beach. It has spacious rooms (ours had a lovely view), nice modern bathrooms and very good sound proofing. The restaurant menu was available in the cafe and rooftop bar throughout the day as well as in the restaurant at lunchtime and the evening. The food was freshly prepared and the staff ensured that dishes were altered for a member of our family who is vegan. There is a lovely rooftop infinity pool and sauna with changing rooms, lockers and fluffy towels. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend to everyone thinking of staying here.

I am speechless my cousin and I stay in Garden Inn Hilton for 6nights and it was worth every second. We also celebrated her 40th birthday in the hotel with the staff and they made everything extra special for us Both we didn’t even want to go out and stay in the hotel and celebrated her birthday it was so special thank you once again to all the staff at Garden Inn Hilton. And also special thanks to the manager Duong Trong who made our stay extra special for changing our room to the Seaview without hesitation accommodating us according to our needs and also to the reception staff Thong they were so helpful with all our need and can’t go wrong with the buffet breakfast the rooftop pool you wouldn’t even want to leave your hotel this place was a definitely good choice for us we loved everything about and I can’t fault anything in this hotel a definitely 10 for us. Attitude very respectful very kind and helpful aswel looking forward to bringing my children back to this hotel very family friendly and is also good for kids aswel. Once again thank you for making our stay extra special.

Room is nice and clean, breakfast is quite good. And you can easily take Grab to everywhere (Dragon bridge, markets, Lady Buddha, Hoi An, etc). Nice restaurants nearby
